I use a stoplight sytem with cards. Each student starts on green each day. If they make a bad choice they move to yellow, which is a warning. If they continue to make bad choices then they move to orange and miss recess. If they are making exceptionally good choices they move up to blue and if they are acting as role-models they get a gold star. This also counts for stickers at the end of the day. When their chart is full they get to go to the treasure chest. You can check their color daily on their monthly calendar. Which is attached to their "Parent Communication" folder.
