My Education

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from James Madison University
I have a Master of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Information Technology Management from The Johns Hopkins University
I hold a Doctor of Management degree from UMUC.

My Professional Background

I owned an editorial services and Internet marketing business for 10 years before joining UMUC as a full-time employee for 7 years. I left UMUC in August 2007 and worked as a Program Manager for Internet Test Systems until July 2008. I now work as an Assistant Dean in the College of Business at Shippensburg University.
