The 56 WRS was a relatively small weather squadron about an hour drive west of Tokyo at Yokota Air Base next to the small town of Fussa. The squadron was deactivated in 1972. I was assigned to 56 WRS during the last two years. These web pages are dedicated to those members and the good times that was had by all. Many alumni that were assigned to the 56WRS have been located and have generously given pictures, time, and effort in remembering the past.
