Deliverables for Simulation Project
Information Technology Organization Flight Simulator

As a group, write a  five to ten page report on lessons learned in running the simulation. Following are examples of the types of information you may wish to include:

a. overall results of your run(s) of the simulation
b. Parameters which you set (e.g. setting % of code tested to 60% during periods 5 through 10) which you believe may have had a particularly positive or negative effect upon your results.
c. Difficulties / Benefits of working as a team.
d. Insights into challenges of dynamic versus static modeling of the systems development process
Be certain to include as appendices:
a. Tables A., B., and C. - Decisions as made by your team members - the CIO, Project Manager and Staff Administrator.
b. Saved screen captures ** (gif format) of:
1) The Output Screen after all 10 periods are simulated.
2) The Human Resources Graph
3) The First 60 days of the table of DSI Output
 
** Note: you can capture screens and save them as gifs through the following steps: 
a. Start up Microsoft Imager (comes with Windows-95 - executable may be found under Windows\msapps\msimager\msimager.exe). 

b. Press ALT-TAB to go back to the simulation, move to the image you wish to capture and press ALT-PrintScreen to move the image into your computer's memory. 

c. Press ALT-TAB to return to Microsoft Imager and click on File, New, [Create a new picture using] clipboard. The image should appear in Imager. 

d. You may crop (cut out) portions of the image by first clicking on View, Toolbar. Then click on the bottom left icon of the toolbar  . Starting at the top left of the portion you wish to save, hold down the left mouse key  and draw down to the bottom right. Let up on the mouse key. Go to the menu Edit, Copy. Then click on File, New, [Create a new picture using] clipboard. 

d. Finally click on Save As. Provide a name and be certain to click on List Files of Type and click on Compuserve (*.gif).
