Overview The ITEC virtual learning tour will take you on a journey of shared learning activities using Second Life, Twitter and Twibes, and Google Docs. This way you will be introduced to the Virtual Worlds (and avatars), Web 2.0, and Cloud Computing technologies, which are the emerging technologies that will lead us to the Next Generation Internet. On July 28 at 7:00 pm EDT
we will meet at the UMUC
Pocomoke Classroom (http://slurl.com/secondlife/UMUC/221/100/31)
for a short presentation on utilized technologies and to go on the tour.
Using our tutorials, you may also on your own teleport to the four
educational Second Life destinations listed in the Teleports
link above. During the tour, we will ask you to take snapshots and
share your immediate impressions and learning experiences on the ITEC Twibe.
After the tour we will invite you to prepare a collaborative presentation in
