Who Am I?I'm an Associate Professor teaching Computer Application courses for the University of Maryland University College.I retired from industry nearly fifteen years ago and started a second career. In my prior life I was an Engineering executive working for a few small companies you may have heard of RCA, GE, Fairchild, and NSA. I also spent some time at a few schools Brooklyn College, City College NY, University of Pennsylvania, and The Florida Institute of Technology. I write and teach Internet based courses. In addition, having spent 35 years as a practicing manager, I also dabble in Information Systems and do a bit of consulting. Hobbies and InterestsComputing, of course, is an abiding interest for me. Teaching is also pretty high up on the list of tasks I consider worthwhile. A bit of writing, some travel, rounds out my primary interests.
In real life.
