
Derek "Dnice" Walker began his career in
computers at the early age of 11 when his father brought home a Commodore
64 complete with monitor and disk drive (the disk drives were seperate
back then).
As the adventures of One-On-One with(Doctor J vs.
Larry Bird) wore off the intriguing concept of making a machine do what
I wanted it to do began to inspire my curiousity.
BASIC ! Aaawww yeah, the introductory language of
programmers of my time was the next frontier to be uncovered. First, came
the banners "HI MOM" then the alternating background colors as
Hi Mom flashed -- but, then finally arose the next generation of nested
loops, IF... THEN.
