• To start the Chapter Scholarship Endowment, we need an additional $5000. When we meet this goal we would be able to offer a couple of small book scholarships or financial assistance for students to attend professional meetings, dissertation support, etc. 
• Would you be willing to make personal contribution to the annual endowment (in addition to your dues) in the amount of 
  $10-$100 $100-$250 $250 or more

6.  Election to membership in Delta Omega is intended not only to recognize merit, but also to encourage further excellence in and devotion to public health work.  Our chapter currently offers the following activities (please rank them 1-6 with 1 being the most important):
