Introduction

The Biotechnology Studies Programs in the Graduate School of Management & Technology and the School of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Maryland University College are pleased to announce their third annual symposium on Trends and Careers in Biotechnology.

The featured talks in a panel format will focus on changing trends in biotechnology research and regulations, career opportunities for graduates of a biotechnology program and lastly, the story of a Bioentrepreneur who is also a UMUC graduate! This symposium should be of interest to any student or faculty who is in the biotechnology field or who wishes to switch careers to this field.
