Ebsco PDF Issue
Ebsco recently upgraded their platform, which has caused difficulties with PDF downloads for some users.
Using Windows?
- Firefox:
- Run Adobe Reader Quick Check and make sure you have Adobe Reader 9.1 or higher.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Firefox. In Firefox, click Help > Check for updates.
- Internet Explorer:
- Run Adobe Reader Quick Check and make sure you have Adobe Reader 9.1 or higher.
- Make sure that ActiveX is enabled. In Internet Explorer, go under
Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Internet, make sure the Default Level is selected, and click Apply.
