General Alerts
 links to databases ("GO" buttons) are not working in some cases.
Sometimes the GO buttons in the FindIt menu do not work properly. If you are in a FindIt menu and you click on the GO button to get full text from a database, and no results come up, you may get to that database by going to the library databases page.
- links in catalogUSMAI for NetLibrary books may not be working in some cases.
If this happens, please go directly to NetLibrary and search for the book there.

Individual Database Issues
- Is it a known issue?
For database issues and problems, look for the "Note" and "Alert" messages that display right below the links to individual databases, available through the library databases page.
- Is it a new issue?
If so, please Report a New Problem.
