As you may have noticed, though, Business Source Complete indicates that there are 12 cited references for the article. That is because only 12 of the 32 articles that were cited by "Perceived time pressure..." were published in journals that are indexed by Business Source Complete.
You were asked to answer the question using Business Source Complete, so 12 is an acceptable answer, although 32 is a more complete answer.

This question asked how many articles have cited the article entitled "Perceived time pressure..." Business Source Complete indicates that the article was cited 7 times in that database.

To find a list of the authors who cited "Perceived time pressure...", you should click on the Times Cited in this Database: (7) link, which will take you to a page listing the 7 articles that have cited "Perceived time pressure..." You could have listed any of the authors of these articles for your answer for this question.

To find dissertations that feature Mary Parker Follett more prominently, you may search for her name in just the citation and abstract of dissertations, which is the default search for this database. This search will retrieve approximately 32 dissertations. Either answer is acceptable for the purposes of this assignment.)

Searching for "mary parker follett" in ABI/Inform Global and in Dissertations and Theses in the document text should have found approximately 479 documents, approximately 335 of which are from scholarly journals. Searching for the phrase in the citation and abstract of documents in those databases should have found approximately 96 documents, approximately 44 of which are from scholarly journals. Either answer is acceptable for the purposes of this assignment.
(Incidentally, it's worth noting the difference in the number of documents retrieved by the different searches. To ensure that your search results are relevant to your research topic, it generally makes sense to search for your search terms only in the citation and abstract of documents in the database.)

To search for books by Mary Parker Follett in catalogUSMAI (note that you were asked to find books by her, not books about her), your search should have been set up something like this:
