Course Objectives (Partial)
To prepare persuasive presentations for use in state and federal institutions

Background
UMUC is committed to providing educational possibilities for the residents of the state of Maryland. Part of this task involves making contact with the local community colleges in order to inform them of our programs and possibilities. The instructor of this Communications course, Dr. Gerald Brilloso, at UMUC-Adelphi is drawing on this situation for his assignment.

Dr. G. Brilloso's Course Assignment
Please prepare a short multimedia presentation that is designed to persuade students at a state of Maryland community college to transfer to UMUC. In general, this presentation should have a professional tone, but keep in mind that this is a recruiting situation. Your presentation should have an up-beat, spirited edge designed to get the job done – recruit students for UMUC.
